Why should we choose Williams Lawn Care Services?

Williams Lawn Care Services is a small local business.  If you are looking for personalized services and to develop a relationship with a lawn service you can trust to offer quality advice, perform work that is needed at a fair price, and work on your lawn and landscape as it if were our own, we’re the company you are looking for.  Contact us to get started.

What is included with Lawn Mowing?

Our lawn mowing service includes the grass cutting itself along with trimming and edging areas the mower cannot reach. All grass clippings are cleaned up after the mowing, trimming, and edging. The grass will be cut using the mower’s side discharge. Bagging the clippings may incur additional charges but we are happy to do it if needed. Our mowing service is available on a weekly or every-other-week basis.

Will you cut my lawn 1-time only?

Yes. We are happy to help out if needed and only cut your lawn a single time if our schedule allows. Our regular customers are our top priority. 1-time mowing services are quoted at a premium rate.

How much is Lawn Mowing?

Every lawn is different but many lawns in our service area are just $35.  $35 is our minimum price and larger lawns will be quoted at a higher price. Please contact us if you would like to know what lawn mowing costs! We can provide you with a no-obligation quote very quickly, often on the same day you requested the quote.

How far from Youngstown do your service?

We are located in Girard and offer our services in Trumbull County and Mahoning County in Ohio. We also service Mercer County, PA.

Are estimates really free to request?

Yes. Quotes are provided free of charge. That goes for all of our services!

How long will it take to receive my estimate after requesting it?

We do our best to provide quotes within 24 hours of receiving the quote request. If you have a larger project in mind we may need more time to provide you with an accurate quote.

Do you have a guarantee?

Williams Lawn Care Services offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with our service, please notify us immediately. We will do our very best to correct or satisfy any issue.

Is Williams Lawn Care Services on social media?

We are not big on social media but we do have a Facebook page.  Visit Williams Lawn Care Services’ Facebook page.

Does Williams Lawn Care Services have reviews I can read?

Williams Lawn Care Services did not have an online presence until 2021! We will be asking our current clients for reviews very soon.

Is Williams Lawn Care Services licensed and insured?

Yes. We are fully licensed with the state of Ohio to operate our business and carry $1,000,000.00 general liability insurance for our clients’ peace of mind.

What happens if it’s raining or has recently rained too much to perform my service?

We will notify you of any delays to your service due to the weather. We do not want to damage your lawn because we attempted to cut it when it was too wet!

Can I get a call, text, or email the day before my service?

Yes. Please just let us know you would like us to do so.

What are my payment options?

We provide plenty of payment options! We prefer contactless payments due to the current pandemic for everyone’s safety.

Cash, checks, all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the Cash App.

When is payment due?

We prefer to invoice and be paid immediately after each service. Large projects may require a down payment. If you are a regular customer, we will offer you the option to be invoiced at the end of the month.

My fence is locked…How does Williams Lawn Care Services handle this?

If you lock your fence, please provide us with a copy of the key and make sure your pets are indoors on the day of your service.

I have dogs in the backyard…How does Williams Lawn Care Services handle this?

You will know the day your service is scheduled. We will notify you. Please ensure your pets are not outside! If we arrive and you are not home to let them in, we may need to charge a trip charge and only cut the front yard for example.

I have kids that leave toys in the lawn…How does Williams Lawn Care Services handle this?

We are happy to pick up and move toys to a safe area within reason. If the toys on the lawn are in excess, we will address this on a one on one basis to arrive at a solution.
